• When lighting your candle for the first time, allow the top of the wax to melt completely. This will prevent tunneling in the future!
• Always trim your wick to about 1/8" - 3/16" before each use. You can use a wick trimmer, nail clipper, or simply pinch off the burnt bits at the top with your fingers (once the candle has cooled down).
• Keep your wax free from dust and debris! Make sure to keep the lid on when not in use and remove any wick trimmings from the tin. It's a simple way to extend the life of your candle.ㅤ
• Keep your candle out of drafty areas like hallways, windows, and fireplaces.

However, we've got you covered if your candle arrives damaged during transit when you place an order directly on our website. Simply submit a photo of the damage and a receipt to hello@kandlery.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll be more than happy to replace or refund your product.
